Note: Round all stats down. If your Crit is something like 4.5, it is 4.
Battle Stats:
Atk (Weapon) = Str+Mt-Enemy Def
Atk (Magic) = Mag+Mt-Enemy Res
Hit = Skl*2 + Hit + Luck - Enemy Avd
Avd = Spd*2+Luck
Crit = Skl/2 - Enemy Luck
AS (if Con > Wt) = Spd
AS (if Con < Wt) = Spd + Con - Wt
EXP:
EXP (Miss) = 1 EXP
EXP (Hit) = 10 Base EXP. -1 per level you are higher than your opponent. +1 per level higher your opponent is than you.
EXP (Win) = 30 Base EXP. -3 per level you are higher than your opponent. +3 per level higher your opponent is than you.
You do not get EXP in the round that you are KOed in.
EXP is per round. As in, if you double-attack, you only get one set of Hit EXP. If you deal no damage, you get Miss EXP. If you KO someone in a round but also hit them in the same round, you only get Win EXP.
Weapon Triangles:
Sword > Axe > Lance > Sword
Light > Dark > Anima > Light
Having an advantage in the triangle: +1 Atk and +15 Hit.
Having a disadvantage: -1 Atk, -15 Hit
If a weapon reverses the triangle (Lancereaver, etc.), add +2 Atk and +30 Hit if you beat them with the reversed order. Subtract -2 Atk and -30 Hit if you lose to them in the reverse order.
Bows' Mt is multiplied by 2 when facing a flying unit (Pegasi, Wyverns).
Weapon EXP:
WEXP is added whenever you successfully deal damage with a Weapon or anytime you use Magic. Weapons degrade by 1 whenever you deal damage, and Tomes (Magic) degrade whenever you use them.
E-Rank Weapon, D-Rank Weapon: +1 WEXP
C-Rank Weapon, B-Rank Weapon: +2 WEXP
A-Rank Weapon: +3 WEXP

Weapon Level cap for Unpromoted units is A. After you promote, you can reach S rank in only one weapon. If you use a weapon type that you have an S rank in, +1 Atk and +10 Hit.
E -> D: 25 WEXP
D -> C: 35 WEXP
C -> B: 50 WEXP
B -> A: 70 WEXP
A -> S: 90 WEXP
WEXP resets to 0 after you gain a level, so if you've just got your 25th WEXP and you're now a D, you have 35 more WEXP to gain until C rank.
